Great Customer service. Good price range for the quality of products offered. Hacene was very flexile for the delivery location and time. The items were much better than on the photos!! We will surely come back to shop again.

I am so pleased to send this email. The Nativity arrived today in perfect condition. It is beautiful. Thank you for helping me receive this Set. Please pass along my thanks to the artist. Does she make other figures? I would like to add some more 'village people' to the Set. This could be women and men bringing gifts to the woman and boy. Maybe typical foods or fruits, etc. I realize this is an unusal request, but maybe just give it some thought. Once again, thank you for everything. Joe

Hi, Simply a brilliant service. I have dealt with numerous online websites for shopping, but nothing came to close to the personal, respectful and courteous contact as I did with the staff at Berbero Saharan. The rug is in beautiful shape, the material is pristine and culture seeps through it. I'm in love with it and have received many good compliments and feedback from Canadian and non-Berber friends. Shipping was very reasonable and extremely quick (5 business days to Canada from Australia) as well considering Berbero Saharan charges you the exact price of shipping as opposed to marking it up like other websites! The table base that I bought works and looks fine. It also arrived quickly and the folks at Berberosaharan answered all of my questions and concerns to ensure that the base matched well with my table. If you see something on their site that you like. I would highly recommend doing business with them.
