We are proud to announce to the general public of Australia the expansion of our promotional business to hand make the Algerian sweets and cakes. In case you want to know more about them, the Algerian sweets and cakes were directly inspired from the French cuisine as they occupied Algeria for 132 years, and now there are 5 million of Algerians living in France alone. Well, let's cut the long story short.
Please notice in the near future new sweets to be added to our website to give you the larger list to choose from.
What we offer: We can supply small boxes or trays for weddings, house parties, functions, or just to your family or yourself. We guarantee that you will order more after the first try.
What ingredients we use: All the sweets and cakes contain different ingredients, which will all be listed on the ingredients' list under each type. However, we normally use Semoulina, flour, rose water, orange flower water, Australian pure honey for sweetening and shine, a very small quantity of sugar (We reduce the amount of sugar up to 80% from the original recipes), almonds, walnuts, dates, eggs, etc.
Can you try before you buy?: Yes, you can for $3 each. Let us know in advance to prepare a few samples for you. Pick up from Harris Park.
How long do they last?: They can easily last up to 3 weeks outside the fridge, in home temperature. However, up to 1.5 months in the fridge and over 6 months in the freezer.

I bought a hat and ceramic ashtray. I was very happy with the prices for handmade quality and style. I think it is a fabulous idea to sell handicrafts from Algeria and North Africa.

Hi Hacene The goods all arrived in perfect order, despite customs opening the parcel, and we understand about the customs duties. This is all a bit new to us, but we are learning as we go along! Please congratulate your talented artisan - we are absolutely delighted with the quality and craftmanship of the goods and can\'t wait to begin selling them. We shall certainly be ordering again! Thanks for all your help Miloud & Carol Adnane
