The Symbol represents Freedom seen by the Imazighen of North Africa, it was used in the war as a weapon and also represents the last letter 'Z' of the Tifinagh Alphabet. It is called the AZA sign of the Imazighen people used in the middle of the Amazigh flag.

This unique Kabyle/Berber Amazigh symbol pendant is purely handmade by an Algerian artisan using pure silver 950¸ mediterranean red coral and colourful enamel. You sometimes get imperfections in their jewellery; that is because they are done separately by hand; which gives it the real sense of the Handmade. It could take them hours to make one single piece of art such as this one. It is made with passion and love to the culture. The artisans are only using pure products.

What is Kabyle Jewellery (Jewelry):
The Native people of North Africa are called Imazighen (Amazigh for singular), where we can find different dilects such as Kabyle, Tuareg, Chawi, Shelfi, Amazigh, Rifi, Mouzabit, etc. The Kabyles refers then to the Amazigh/Berber people of the Northern part of Algeria, they are specialised in a lot of handcrafted artifacts such as Pottery and ceramics, Berber Rugs, and Silver Jewellery with pure Mediterranean red coral for hundreds of years. Je recherchais une paire de boucle d'oreilles particulière et j'ai trouvé ce site. Malheureusement, il n'y en avais pas en vente. Alors j'ai pris contact et on m'a proposé de la commander si il la trouverais lors d'un voyage dans le désert algérien. A son retour, j'ai reçue un mail ainsi qu'une photo pour me prévenir qu'il l'avait trouvé. Elles sont magnifiques, le produit est de grande qualité, Je les ai reçue très rapidement. Azul fellawen Cela fait quelques semaines que j'ai découvert ce site berbére et c'est presque chaque jour que je rentre pour l'exploiter de plus en plus. Ce que j'ai aimé dans ton site Hacene est le fait que tu as inclus un peu de tout : la poésie, l'histoire, les traditions,........etc .De penser a inclure : les sites, les travaux, accomplies par les autres ma beaucoup touché, car cela prouve ta bonne foie de vouloir valoriser et rendre connu tout ce qui a rapport avec nous les berberes. Je t'encourage a perseverer Hacene et de y aller plus loin avec ca. L'Australie est un pays ou notre communauté ne se retrouve pas trop, alors j'imagine qu'il faut plus de travail et d'efforts qu'ailleurs , Mais je comprends également que vous avez le plus important : la volonté et la patience .
