Nous mettons à votre disposition un lot de terrain de 710m2 situé à 400m des plages Thazagharth et Sidi Khelifa dans la commune d’Ath Chafaâ, Daïra d’Azeffoun, Wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou.
Le terrain mesure environ 15m de largeur et 48m de longueur avec une route bien définie tout au long des 48 mètres ; ce qui vous donne la possibilité de construire des habitations, des commerces ou un mélange des deux.
Le terrain a son acte de propriété qui sera transféré en votre nom chez le notaire dès son achat.
Plusieurs villas et bâtiments sont déjà construits dans les voisinages vu l’intérêt que les investisseurs et habitants portent à cette région côtière magnifique et stratégique. Les nouvelles bâtisses s’étendent de la RN24 jusqu’à la W159 et au-delà jusqu’aux villages d’Ighil M’hand et Ath Chafaâ.
