C'est une Tapas marocaine fait en argile qui resiste a la chaleur du four. Elles sont très similaires aux Tapas espagnole vu que l'Espagne a conquis le Nord du Maroc pendant longtemps.
Ils sont excellents pour la cuisson des ragoûts dans le four, la sauce du couscous, des tartes, et vous n'aurez même pas à utiliser un couteau ou une louche pour servir, ils sont d'une taille parfaite pour servir une seule personne. Vous utilisez votre four, votre grille ou vous pouvez également l'utiliser en plein air sur le dessus de notre support de tajine que vous pouvez acheter sur notre boutique (voir les autres photos en bas).
Ces tapas ont besoin d'être trempés dans l'eau et trempé dans le four. Si vous n'êtes pas sûr de la manière, veuillez nous le faire savoir pour les instructions.
Le Tapas vient en trois tailles différentes selon la taille de vos repas.
Tailles:
Petit: 10 cm de diamètre ($8).
Medium: diamètre 12cm ($10).

The table base that I bought works and looks fine. And it is exciting to think my belts are being handmade especially for me in Algeria - it is obviously a fascinating country. I'm too old to travel now, but love learning about places I have never seen. The photos (modern and old) are fascinating. I run a very tiny gift shop in a very tiny place (Lemon Tree Passage). The shop is part of the waterside unit my husband Ray and I live in. Not to make a profit, but to keep me occupied and interested as he is an invalid now. The community is getting familiar with the fact that The Little Gift Shoppe always has something unusual. Not that you need to know all that, but I had to compliment you on your web site. I don't know who has created it for you, or if indeed you have put it together yourself, but whichever applies, it is one of the best sites, both from content and composition that I have visited.
