Hello Hacène I received my order today. All the objects are lovely, where in good condition, except the wing of the teapot that arrived broken. No big deal, I used some special glu, and its fixed. Je recherchais une paire de boucle d'oreilles particulière et j'ai trouvé ce site. Malheureusement, il n'y en avais pas en vente. Alors j'ai pris contact et on m'a proposé de la commander si il la trouverais lors d'un voyage dans le désert algérien. A son retour, j'ai reçue un mail ainsi qu'une photo pour me prévenir qu'il l'avait trouvé. Elles sont magnifiques, le produit est de grande qualité, Je les ai reçue très rapidement. Le vendeur est à l'écoute et peut vous procurer les produits qui ne sont pas forcément en vente dans sa boutique. Je suis vraiment ravie d'avoir fait cette transaction.

I am very happy with the service i received from Hacene. We had a lot of issues with Australian Post! eventually it was all sorted thanks to his help. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I hope he finds a better postal provider in the future.
